At the Trebnje Naive Artists Gallery we continue in the spirit of connecting different arts. This was the guiding principle for the latest joint exhibition at GLST, The Secret of Watercolour, which brought together amateur and self-taught watercolour painters.
This time, we are launching a campaign in the gallery to bring together the visual and literary arts! Each month (from the 15th to the 15th), an artwork of the month will be selected to be displayed in the gallery and published on the gallery’s website.
We invite anyone who is in any way moved by the selected artwork to write a short text or poem about it. There will be a space in the gallery for you to create in peace, or you can bring or email your work to us at galerija@ciktrebnje.si. The most original literary works will be awarded and published.
The title of the painting has been deliberately withheld, as it unintentionally suggests the mood or content of the painting. We leave you open to interpretation. We will present the artist and the painting in more detail at a later date.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts, impressions and words, which, in addition to your personal collection, will also enrich the collection of the Trebnje Gallery of Self-Reliant Artists.
You are cordially invited!
