Artwork of the Month – FEBRUARY: Connecting Visual and Literary Art

Every month, from the 15th to the 15th, our gallery presents a new Artwork of the Month! The featured piece for February is a painting by Boris Žohar.

We invite all visitors who feel inspired by this artwork to write a short text or poem about it. The painting is on display in the gallery, where we have set up a special writing space for you. You can also submit your text in person or send it to galerija@ciktrebnje.si.

The painting’s title has not been revealed, as we wish to encourage a personal and uninfluenced interpretation of its atmosphere and meaning. This allows for a more open and individual artistic experience.

We look forward to your reflections, which will not only enrich your personal collection but also become part of the Trebnje Gallery of Self-Taught Artists’ creative archive.

The most original literary contributions will be rewarded and published!
